What to expect

  • Upon receiving your ratified contract

    -Review the contract and ensure it is fully executed

    -Send executed documents to clients, lenders, title company, and agent

    -Send introductory email to clients with timelines and important information

    -Send calendar invites to you and your clients for important deadlines

  • During the transaction

    -Track the contract's timeline, send reminders, and ensure deadlines are met

    -Obtain condo/HOA docs if necessary

    -Confirm date/time of home inspection and confirm utilities will be turned on

    -Confirm date/time of appraisal

    -Prepare additional addenda as needed

    -Maintain regular contact with cooperating agent, title company, HOA, and lender for status updates and outstanding items

  • At closing

    -Confirm final walk through, location of keys, and date/time of settlement

    -Ensure that the client received the title company’s wire instructions

    -Submit file to your office for compliance

    -Ensure client has utility transfer information
