FAQ
-
What is a transaction coordinator?
A transaction coordinator oversees the administrative aspects of the transaction, managing paperwork, scheduling tasks, and ensuring compliance with regulations. We act as a central point of contact for all involved parties, facilitating smooth communication and keeping transactions on track from start to finish.
-
How will you keep me in the loop?
We will keep you copied on all emails involving the transaction. We will also send weekly summary emails, letting you know how the transaction is progressing. If you have different communication preferences, we will discuss ahead of time what works best for you.
-
What are your working hours?
We work Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5pm. However, we understand that real estate is a fast moving industry, and will sometimes make exceptions to be available after hours for urgent situations.
-
Why hire a Transaction Coordinator?
Hiring transaction coordinators will offload administrative tasks, streamline transactions, ensure compliance, and enhance overall efficiency, productivity, and client satisfaction. In addition, we will free up time to help you do what you do best- sell!
-
How do you get paid?
We will invoice you after closing. If your brokerage allows, we can also have the fee added to the settlement statement.
-
What if my deal doesn’t close?
We only charge once a deal closes. If the contract falls through, we will prepare the necessary paperwork and not charge a fee.
